September 2, 2008 - First Day of School

Today was the first day of school. Unfortunately, my schedule was nothing like my classmates, aside from the MYP subjects. Jian Lik is the only person who is having the same courses as me. That's just so sad. =[ Elysia has the same Math class as me too. I hope there are at least 5 people I know in each class. But that sounds unlikely.

Anyways, I went to the states but although there was a big sale, the clothes weren't that cheap. In addition to that, I didn't really like the new styles. So I didn't buy anything. Oh well.

August 28, 2008 - EWW!

OMG! Yesterday was locker day. Nancy and I arrived at school at around 9:30 but we still got the crappiest lockers possible! ARGHH! I feel cheated. Worst of all, our lockers aren't exactly beside anyone else but us. Daisy, Imelda, and Elysia are 5 lockers away. The MYP guys are down the hallway. But still, so faraway!

Anyways, Nancy and I went to Richmond together after lockers. First we went to Lansdowne and went around the so-called mall. It's practically EMPTY! Then we were going to go to Richmond Centre, but the bus drove past us twice without stopping so we just went to PJ's Pet. OMG, they took out a hedge hog in there! It was SO kute and cool! Then we went to Aberdeen And just hung there until her dad came to pick us up. FUN!

August 24, 2008 - ???

Sorry, I didn't go on the computer yesterday. Anyways, I'm SOOOOOOOOOO bored. I have to go shopping for a white shirt (the kind with collars) for Saint John's Ambulance Brigade. I start in September. I'm really excited, but can't help but feel scared. I'm worried I'm going to mess up everything, the marching and the first aid skills. -Sigh-

August 22, 2008 - Sorry.

Again, sorry for not blogging, but life's been seriously busy. Urghh.. I've really been trying to cut down using the computer because it's ruining my eyes! They're already worse enough. Other than coming on to get the driving directions, maps, and hotels, I haven't been on for anything else.

Anyways, I just recently got back from my roadtrip to Portland. =] It was so fun! I never thought that roadtrips could be so fun! We left the 10th and came back last Saturday. The weather was UNBELIEVEABLY hot. I'd rather stay in the hotel to watch Olympics instead of going out! (One of the hotel had a flat screen TV. XD So cool!) But it takes so long to plan the whole thing. Booking the hotels (on the lookout for cheap hotels), printing/typing out all the directions and maps, searching for points of interests, etc. So tired!

Yesterday, I went to Metrotown with Nancy. You see, the computer isn't everything. I've finally realized that my computer addiction can be cured. Anyways, we had a lot of fun. We just hung around the mall, looking in stores that we were interested in. We took the bus and skytrain together. Want to know a secret? I've NEVER ridden a bus by myself, not even with friends. Well.. unless the times when we went with the teacher on field trips counts. O_o But I don't think it does.

Uh oh.. school's starting so soon! I wish summer break is never over. -sigh- Which reminds me, Joyce is gone. And I mean, gone. I miss her so much! The whole thing seems like it's just a joke on me. A hurtful joke. I'll have to cope with starting school without her. That'll be hard.

Beijing Olympics 2008! I just LOVE watching the Olympics. I wish they aren't four years one time. =_= I love watching gymnastics, swimming, diving, track and field (it's ok), and MANY other events! I admire Michael Phelps. EIGHT GOLD MEDALS! Hahaa, the Chinese lucky number 8.

SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN BLOGGING! But I have a valid reason/valid reasons. As you know, summer school just ended, but my teacher required us to write many essays. And I think it's cause I've been using the computer too much, it makes me sick. My eyes hurt, and I have HORRIBLE headaches. I've also been searching for the maps or Portland to different places and on the lookout for cheap hotels. So I'm REALLY dead tired.

Okay! Let me update you on what has happened in the past few days.

On Sunday, I WENT TO THE STATES! YAY! We first went to Ross. It was the first time I've been there. There wasn't much time to spend there so we couldn't find anything we wanted. Then we headed over to the Tulalip Casino and Seattle Premium Outlet. There wasn't much to buy there because the sales had already ended. Nonetheless, I bought a white t-shirt from Aeropostale. =]

Yesterday, I had lunch at Joyce's and stayed there for a while. Then we went to YMCA to exercise. SO TIRED!

Today, we had lunch at Oakridge. Unfortunately Joyce has a theory exam coming up so we couldn't hang around. Oh well.

July 19, 2008 - Whoa.

Oh man. Who knew running those treadmills at YMCA could be so tiring? I ran for about 45 minutes non-stop and lost 525 calories. xD That's because for most of the time I ran at a 3.5 speed and 15 height (called.. incline?) Oh yea, and all this happened yesterday with Joyce. By the time I got home, I was so exhausted I fell asleep so I didn't blog.

Now for today. Joyce and I went to Landsdowne's book shop and Chapters to buy books. It was so fun! We drank bubble tea. xD

July 17, 2008 - Busy

Hey, sorry I haven't been blogging, but I've been REALLY busy. There was this wedding reception on Saturday so we had lots to get ready for. Then on Monday we had to have dinner with some relatives from Hong Kong.

I also still have summer school. OMG! My summer school teacher is actually Ms. Perich! She's from Churchill! How cool is that?

Yesterday I was hanging with Joyce. We hung at her place until about 2:55 and then headed over to YMCA. Great workout. Today, I hung with Nancy and Natasha. We went around Oakridge looking at the side walk sales. Afterwards, Nancy and I played basketball. So here I am, catching up with my missing work. Finally home from all the excitement.

July 12, 2008 - Sorry

Sorry I didn't blog yesterday. I couldn't. First, I had summer school. And when I returned home, it was about 1:10 p.m. already. My aunt came over and she took my measurements for some stuff. Then it was already 3. I ate my lunch and Natalie came to pick me up. We headed over to her place and hung there for a while. Then guess what?!?! WE WENT TO THE BEACH! (Oh, and Leo was with us.) Well, it was a Saint John's Ambulance BBQ party. Nat took me along and introduced me to the leaders and people since I wanted to go in. THEY TOOK ME IN! OMG! It was SO fun! Leo, Nat, and I, we played on the beach. Frisbee, rock skipping, you name it! FUN! FUN! FUN!

July 10, 2008 - Urghh?

Urghh.. So bored here at home. I wish there was something fun to do. Summer school was ok today. The teacher said we'll do review again tomorrow and start actual essay writing next week. Yikes!

July 8, 2008 - First Day

Eeeeeeeek! Today was the first day of summer school, but I can't say I've experienced enough of it to say that it was horrible. I think.. it was ok-ish. I mean, it was REALLY boring. We did brainstorming for almost the whole class. We spent 30 minutes writing letters to her, inroducing ourselves. It's a good and bad thing classes are only 2 hours. 2 hours can be super long, but it can also be super short. I really don't know which one to pick. Better to stay positive I guess..

Oh no! I'm turning into a Jonas Brother freak like Carol! (No offense) Urghh.. I think Joe is so kute and I LOVE his song "Gotta Find You". It's so SWEET!

July 7, 2008 - Still sick

Urghh.. I'm still unbelieveably sick! Sometime during my high fever, I got sores all over my mouth and even inside, on my gums, my tongue, and my lips. And BOY did it hurt. I can't even eat solid food. The most solid food I can eat is over-cooked pasta. =_= I have GOT to get better by the time the wedding is on. My cousin is getting married. The wedding's on Saturday.

Urghh again. Summer school tomorrow! Triple urghh. Coco started her's today and she said it was HORRIBLE! Everything Mr. Sale taught us was way harder than anything she learned! Quadruple urghh.. I can't believe I'm going to a useless class for 2 whole hours. =_= Well, at least I'm taking it with Joyce.

July 1, 2008 - Canada Day!!

Okay, first of all, I'll explain why I haven't been blogging. I've been sick during the past few days with high fever, destroyed throat, destroyed lips, mouth, etc. I saw the doctor yesterday, and he said I needed antibiotics. O_o I feel HORRIBLE. I can't swallow food, and not even chew it! =_= Grr.. Who knew you could get sick in the summer?

Secondly, Joyce's party, I didn't go. I was going to, but I went late AND THEY MOVED TO A DIFFERENT PLACE. Then my parents weren't home, so i was locked outI had to go to my neighbours. There, I called them, and they were at Joyce's place. =_= I couldn't go to her place my parents wouldn't know where I was and I had doctor's appointment later. What pisses me off the most is, I told Joyce and Coco that I'd come later, but they STILL left. They could have called with their cell to tell me that they were gone so I didn't hav to walk out into the stupid heat when I had a fever. =_= Grrr.. Now I'm so annoyed because going out in the heat made me gain a few degrees in my fever. ARGHHH!!

Anyway, TODAY IS CANADA DAY! HAPPY 141st BIRTHDAY, CANADA! =] I'm proud to be living in Canada, as a Canadian citizen. =]

June 27, 2008 - Sorry

Sorry I didn't blog yesterday. Me and my friends, we went down to Richmond Centre to go shopping, and when I returned home, I was SUPER tired. My mom had to DRAG me out of the apartment to go grocery shopping with her. OMG! Richmond Centre was SO much FUN! xD I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN! SOON! =]

June 25, 2008 - *Shivers*

OMG! REPORT CARD DAY TOMORROW! AHHH! I'm so scared and excited at the same time! *Shivers* I hope I at least get Honor Roll. *Worry* But after getting out report cards, we're going to Richmond Centre!! By we I mean Joyce, Coco, Zoey, Imelda, Daisy, and me. We were originally going to watch movie as well, but the movie times at Richmond Centre were too late, so we decided to just skip it. Fine by me. I wonder if "Get Smart" is good..

June 24, 2008 - I hate him

GRR! I fuckin' hate my dad. He doesn't let me listen to MY music just because HE doesn't like it. He says I have no taste unless I listen to stupid music HE listens to like Elvis Presly, etc. And I said "Well, just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean I cant like it. Yet he STILL insists that I have no taste, "Why are you listening to them? They sound horrible, blah blah blah" What pisses me off the most is that he said that if nobody listens to the old people's music, then they'll starve because they don't have enough money and I'm thinking OMFG, they're DEAD, why the hell would they need money to feed themselves? =_= He's so lame. As far as I'm concerned, Jonas Brothers make the MOST money in the world for "kids". HE's the one who has no taste. Eveybody has their own preferences and opinions, so why can't he just shut up?

June 23, 2008 - FUN!

OMG! I had SO much fun today! First, Nat picked me up and we went over to Laurier/Churchill. We saw our old teachers at Laurier and Jamieson with our friend Leo (not Leo Hu, but Leo Li). Then we headed over to Oakridge. At Oakridge, it was so funny! The three of us were in the book shop, and while Leo was looking at this book, we quietly sneaked away from him. We went in hiding. LOLS! So tired now.
